DEFINITION: RELIGIOUS AEDICOLA
DESCRIPTION: Religious aedicula located along the municipal road between the hamlets of Rapale and Sogna. The element is composed by a small rectangular-shaped structure with a double pitched roof with a wooden warping and a roof covering made up of tiles. Externally the architectural element shows up with elevation without plaster and composed by split stone lithic elements mixed with bricks. In the main view is present a large opening with an archivolt full-center brickwork. Inside, the walls are partly plastered and recently painted. On the bottom of the tabernacle is placed a small niche which preserves a contemporary sacred image, as the original one that was stolen.
